These Terms of Service apply to accessing the website and all orders which you, the customer, place using this www.centregoltd.com which is owned and operated by Centrego Ltd.

By selecting the “I Accept The Terms and Conditions And Privacy Policy” checkbox you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and such other policies as we notify you of from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

Orders and Delivery Outside UK

Unless otherwise specified the materials on this Website are directed solely at customers who access this website from the UK. We do not represent that any item referred to in the materials on the Website is appropriate for use or available in locations outside the UK. If you choose to access the Website from locations outside the UK you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws apply

Delivery

All deliveries will be made within 7 working days of receiving the order. If you want to cancel the order, we require the cancellation to be made within 24 hours of the time you placed the order. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the confirmation email, please contact our customer service department quoting the order reference contained in your order confirmation email.

Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full. You will asked to sign for acceptance of the goods which constitutes have the goods in correct and has been received in good condition.

If you are not at the delivery address, we will assume that any adults that are present home are authorized by you to take delivery of the goods that you have ordered. However we will not leave the goods with anyone under the age of 21. If there is no one at the delivery address, or only people under the age of 21, we will not leave the goods at the delivery address

Please note that our delivery people will only deliver the goods to your front door. We do not deliver to hotels if the receivers namecannot be confirmed by the Hotel. No deliveries will be done to meeting points.

Children

We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 21 or over). If you are under 21, you may use this website only with the involvement of aparent or guardian.

Colours, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the Website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our Website without prior notice.

Availability of Items and Substitution

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact youusing the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:

(a) Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or

(b) Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item.

If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refundyou for the items we were unable to supply.

The Contract between us

When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirmreceipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order.

Prices

Products are invoiced in £(GBP) at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. Payment

You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure online order form.

When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorisation for this amount. If we get a valid authorisation, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send us by email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide to us when placing an order.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If your order hasalready been dispatched you may return the items under the following circumstances:

1. You must contact Customer Services within 24 hours of delivery of the goods;

2. When an item is shipped and an order is cancelled, shipping fees are non-refundable;

3. We have the right to apply a admin fee.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, you may call Customer Services and a representative will assess your request for a replacement product, credit or refund of the purchase price. Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services as soon as possible and they will arrange pickup. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

Costs

We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

Items we delivered to you in error; items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect; items which are substitutesfor items originally ordered which we were unable to supply.

Until you return such items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.

Losses
